The conversion of a Grade II listed country house into a luxury hotel with associated Golf Club and Cookery School, as well as an underground Spa, two swimming pools and a concealed maintenance facility.

James was the Structural and then Project Lead for this complicated project that included eight separate buildings. With two different architects and three contractors, careful coordination and resource planning was vital.

Completed in 2018 whilst at Price & Myers.
