James was the Project Lead for the refurbishment and alteration of the historically significant Grade II listed Rugby Radio Station into a large secondary school.

​

The project was carefully coordinated across a multi-disciplinary design team to meet a high energy performance specification, which meant carefully working around the constraints of the existing buildings.

​

The new structure was designed with vHH Architects to integrate itself sensitively within the existing fabric, to the requirements of Historic England.

​

Worked on 2018-2020 whilst at Price & Myers.
